The ULEZ, how does this affect us?

In an effort to improve air quality, Transport For London (TFL) has imposed a levy which affects most vehicles driving within a certain area known as the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). As from 25th October 2021 the ULEZ will operate within the London area bounded by the North/South circulars. 

In order for us to keep our prices low, we are using ULEZ compliant vehicles for deliveries but must pass on the costs for deliveries within the Congestion charging zone. As a business we are committed to delivering the best in price and service and whilst we recognise these additional costs are not welcome, we are striving to tackle this in new ways that will benefit our customers.
